All client data is stored within the LEAP system, which complies with Australian data security requirements.

7. Retention of your personal information

We retain client files and records for seven (7) years after the completion of your matter, in accordance with legal and professional requirements. After that period, the information is securely destroyed or de-identified.

8. Access, correction and deletion

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or request that it be corrected or updated if inaccurate. To make such a request, please contact our Privacy Officer (see details below). We may charge a reasonable fee for providing access.

9. Marketing and newsletters

We may send you newsletters and legal updates from time to time to keep you informed of relevant legal changes and firm news. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or by contacting us directly. We will not send marketing materials if you opt out.
